The PractionerNet Website is designed to assist practitioners use technology to engage youth in health promotion by providing practitioners with access to relevant resources, including youth health issues and health promotion literature. PractitionerNet has been used in the past to enhance the Building Capacity Project's ability to communicate and share information with partnering Youth Centres about tobacco and youth initiated tobacco control action.
